NSCB Resolution No. 18, series of 2019

Adoption of the Targeting System for Poverty Reduction as a mechanism for identifying potential beneficiaries of the DSWD Social Protection Programs and Services.

Executive Order No. 867, series of 2010

Adoption of NHTS-PR as the mechanism for identifying poor households who shall be recipients of social protection programs nationwide. All National Government Agencies are mandated to use the Listahanan for their social protection programs and services.

Section 6 under Rule V of the IRR of RA 11310 (4Ps Act)

The DSWD shall select qualified household beneficiaries of 4Ps using a standardized targeting system. Until a new system is adopted, the NHTS-PR or Listahanan shall be utilized.
