Nilagdaan ang Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) sa pagitan ng Landbank of the Philippines at Universal Storefront Services Corporation (USCC) sa DSWD Field Office 3 Regional Operation Center. Ang nasabing kasunduan ay naglalayong mapabilis at mapahusay ang paghahatid ng tulong at serbisyo sa mga benepisyaryo ng Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) program.
 
Ang bagong partnership na ito ay naglalayong magdala ng modernisasyon sa sistema ng DSWD, na magbibigay-daan para sa mas mabilis, episyente, at mapagkakatiwalaang serbisyo. Ang mga serbisyong sakop nito ay ang pagbibigay ng medikal na tulong, tulong sa libing, transportasyon, edukasyon, pagkain, at pinansyal na tulong sa mga nangangailangang Pilipino.
 
Ayon kay Sylvia C. Lim, Senior Vice President at Head ng Central Luzon Branches Group ng Landbank of the Philippines, “Increased Accessibility, Faster and more efficient services, security, and transparency—these innovations will significantly enhance the experience of the AICS beneficiaries. Together, we will provide timely, accessible, and much-needed assistance to those in crisis, ensuring that no Filipino is left behind in times of need.”
 
Sinaksihan nina DSWD Field Office 3 Regional Director Venus F. Rebuldela ang seremonya, kasama sina Assistant Regional Director for Operations Armont C. Pecina, at Assistant Regional Director for Administration Maribel M. Blanco. Mula naman sa Landbank, dumalo sina Sylvia C. Lim, at AVP/Head ng West San Fernando, Pampanga Branch. Mula sa USCC, present sina Chief Finance & Administrative Officer Carlos M. Borromeo at Director of the North Luzon Operations Leonardo A. Dacayo.

This marks the beginning of our partnership to enhance the department’s provision of assistance to our clients, as DSWD FO3 serves as the pilot area for the innovation on hybrid digital payment. Ang kasunduan ay inaasahang magpapalakas ng DSWD upang makapaghatid ng extra love at extra care, lalo na sa mga nangangailangan sa Central Luzon.
