ANAO, TARLAC — DSWD Region 3 spearheaded by Regional Director Marites M. Maristela held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of AMOR Village Isolation Facility. 

The AMOR Village Isolation Facility will be constructed pursuant to the memorandum of DSWD Secretary Rolando Joselito D. Bautista mandating all Residential Care Centers and Facilities to set up an isolation facility to cater the staff and residents who needed to undergo quarantine. 

The isolation facility will have two rooms (1 regular and 1 PWD-friendly) which will be constructed to cope with a new normal set-up to continuously safeguard the health and safety of all residents and staff. The total project cost is 1,175,608.38 pesos with a floor area of 48.38 sq. m. Every room will be equipped with a comfortable bed to sleep in, wooden desk and chair, sofa, water dispenser, and other amenities that will be suited for the safety of all residents and staff.

 

“Having this isolation facility is another venue for us to give more efficient and effective service delivery bilang parte ng pag-aadapt natin sa pandemic” Expressed by Regional Director Marites M. Maristela, CESO III. She also hoped that the pandemic ends and reminded everyone to maximize every opportunity that will come along.  ###
