Angel A. Pollero, a Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiary from Pulilan, Bulacan won the 2019 Regional Search for Pantawid Exemplary Child.

The said event was held on October 18, 2019, at Waltermart, San Agustin, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. 

The activity showcased the talents and intellectual abilities of the exemplary children from the seven (7) provinces in the region and to intensify the promotional campaign of the program.

Pollero received a cash incentive of seven thousand pesos, a plaque and certificate, a picnic basket and limited edition Jollibee Funko Pop from Jollibee Food Corporation. She will share the title of the national winner to the other 16 regional winners nationwide. In addition, all provincial winners, including the regional winner will have the opportunity to attend the National Children’s Congress (NCC) from November 18-24, 2019.

Euheixen S. Aliwak from Aurora is the 1st runner-up; Jaslyn Kye E. Viado from Zambales is the 3rd runner-up and other provincial winners are Beia Y. Sambat (Bataan), Jenelle Maureen DG. Quinto (Nueva Ecija), Allexia P. Decena (Pampanga), and Luther C. Sibal, II (Tarlac). All of them will also represent the region at the NCC.

Through the 4Ps, more children have access to health and education. Currently, the program has 459, 776 monitored children with 89.14% enrolment rate and 96.31% health rate.  

The success of this search has been made possible in partnership with Jollibee Food Corporation, Waltermart City of San Fernando, Pampanga, Department of Education Region III, and Philippine Information Agency Region III.
