City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Expanded Gatasang Kalabaw, Adopt-a-Town, and Capacity Development for Farmers, People’s Organizations, and Households in Urban and Rural Communities are the three PCB projects presented before the regional convergence team members on 15 February 2023.

The goal of these projects is to develop potential service providers and private/government markets by providing harmonized training and different livelihood intervention.

The said projects will be implemented using a pool of funds and training from different agencies involved in the convergence team.

This engagement is being led by DSWD Region III’s Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP). Its chair, Mr. Maynard A. Cezar said that this convergence strategy is not only about the pooling of funds from different agencies but also working together for an effective strategy that will produce long-term programs for the shared clients of the government.
