The set of values and virtues of the individual public servant are thought to instill into the public servant innate self-motivations that propel him/her to perform at the workplace.

Janine demonstrates a positive presence at work. She has the ability to understand and share the feelings of others—she shows great empathy towards people. In this way, her inherent desire to do good things is able to deliver in simple gestures like providing help and assistance to the beneficiaries, showing respect and courtesy to people encountered regardless of the situation, and listening to their needs.

Being empathetic not only benefits the beneficiaries, but she also makes her coworkers and agency partners feel supported and valued. Her willingness and commitment to assist others are unequaled. She understands that everyone comes from different backgrounds and has their own point of view, the reason why she handles all the needs of her superiors and colleagues efficiently.

As the Institutional and Partnership Development Officer of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, Janine always displays commendable performance through maximizing her God-given gifts. Some of Janine’s prominently God-given gifts are the following:

Has exceptional endurance and environment adaptability; this is highly evident when doing fieldwork. She is willing to travel to isolated areas that require hours of walking and sleeping in unfamiliar places without proper beddings. She can easily endure those challenges with her passion for serving the people.

Being a timely and diligent worker. She does not waste time accomplishing tasks, whether big or small. With this attitude, 4Ps Zambales has always been ahead of time in submitting to the regional level the reports and other crucial data from the field. She has already prepared and offered needed reports multiple times, even though a deadline was not established yet. She always puts the best benefits of the people she works with.

Outside of work, Janine whole-heartedly serves in her Church and applies her excellent communication skills to share the word of God with her family and friends. She also shares her blessings given by God financially through tithes.

Patience and calmness; these two God-given gifts are easily noticeable when you meet her. Despite the overwhelming amount of work that she has to do, Janine remains patient and calm in doing her job excellently—this makes her stand out from the rest of her colleagues.
