(City of San Fernando, Pampanga) The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office III conferred to the Municipality of Plaridel, Bulacan the GAPAS Award for Model Local Government Unit Implementing Protective Programs and Services during its 66th Anniversary Celebration held recently in this city. Plaridel, Bulacan was recognized for its invaluable support and commitment to the implementation of various protective programs, projects and activities for the benefit and welfare of the the disadvantaged sectors in the municipality. ### (Evelyn T.
