Crisis Intervention Section (CIS) piloted the Kamustahan with partners (hospitals, dialysis centers, and funeral parlors) within Region 3 with representatives from the Social Welfare and Development Offices and the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office of Pampanga. 

The 2-day activity became a venue for the discussion of the Amended Memorandum Circular No. 04 series of 2018, MC 16 of 2022, or the Revised Guidelines on the Implementation of the AICS, Presentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of AICS program in accordance to MC 16 2022, discussions on RA 11463 (Malasakit Centers), and the how-tos of billing and payments. 

The Kamustahan was graced by Assistant Regional Director for Operations Venus F. Rebuldela who expressed her gratitude to the service providers. 

The team with the service providers have reached a common goal and formulated a strategic vision for 2023. The event was facilitated by the CIS Personnel Team headed by Marites D. Liwanag in partnership with the Finance Management Division headed by Keisha M. Nguyen. ###
