CDD is a social development approach used by various international social service organizations that bears the principles of Good Governance: Participation, Transparency, Accountability, and Proactiveness.

Within 5 years, the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s Kalahi-CIDSS NCDDP through the Community-Driven Development (CDD) approach has funded a total of 71 projects in the three municipalities of Nueva Ecija by the community volunteers.

We will hold a CDD Caravan on the following dates: December 9, 2019, in Talugtug, Nueva Ecija, and December 17, 2019, in Quezon, Nueva Ecija. The activity will be a platform for the community volunteers to voice out their passion for their projects for their barangays.

The aim of this activity is to sustain CDD as a process approach for poverty alleviation, people empowerment, and meaningful development.

We will be pleased if your media outfit will be able to participate in the activities and share our advocacy through your news platforms.
