RENEWED – Tarlac Home for Women (THFW) conducted its Moral Renewal Program on January 14, 2019 at THFW Multipurpose Hall. They envision their employees with intact values and ethical behavior ideal for government workers towards zero tolerance for corruption.

Kamille Vigare discussed Republic Act 6713 or the Code of Conduct of Public Officials and Employees where she focused on the 8 norms of conduct, public duties and responsibilities, prohibited acts and transactions and the penalties therewith. She also delivered a lecture on the causes and effects of corruption.

THFW staff in their pledge of commitment.

With their commitment to service renewed, THFW staff signed in the Pledge of Commitment with a promise to be fully engaged and be dedicated in public service. Participants were also asked to write down their personal commitment and drop them in a sealed cans which will be opened at the end of 2019 and see if they were able to succeed in staying true to what their moral development goals.

REFRESHED – THFW’s consistent donor, Pastor Hyun Tae Kim, together with young Korean missionaries, conducted bag designing and necklace making. The Koren Youth also staged a performance about God’s love.  

Korean volunteers closely assists the residents in a creative activity.

Officials of Tarlac Private Schools Association, also a partner-donor of THFW, visited the center and conducted feeding program on January 28, 2019. Their also provided hygiene supplied and foot wears for the residents.
