PAMPANGA, Philippines. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office III, in partnership with Department of Finance, Landbank, Provincial and Local Governments, continues its Unconditional Cash Transfer (UCT) – Listahanan payout today, 10 November 2018.

A total of 55,970,400 pesos is targeted to be disbursed during the said payout. This activity will is being conducted in different parts of Central Luzon. 23,321 beneficiaries shall receive 2,400 pesos each.  

UCT is a program under the Tax Reform Acceleration and INclusion (TRAIN) law. It is designed to provide 200 pesos per month in 2018 and 300 per month in 2019 to 2020 to 4.4 million Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program beneficiaries, 3 million Social Pension Program beneficiaries and 2.4 million Listahanan beneficiaries all over the country.

With this, DSWD FO III hereby acertain that this activity is not a project or program of any incumbent elected official or any known individual who recently filed their Certificate of Candidacy in the 2019 elections. Further, DSWD FO III gently reminds the public that local officials are good partners in program implementation, however, the same have no power in the inclusion and exclusion processes of national DSWD programs and services.
